Your Rights and Opt-Out Instructions
Nothing on this site requires you to hand over personal information. Every service page, fee and explanation can be read without sending us anything, and analytics or advertising storage can be refused in the cookie panel without losing any function. If you have already written to us or sent figures and would like them removed, email info@green-azalea.com or call +81 22-255-8310. We confirm the deletion in writing, normally within ten business days, and tell you if anything must be kept because the law requires it.
5. Figures and records shared during a review
A margin structure review or a quarterly figures reading only works on real numbers, so clients usually send trial balances, sales ledgers broken down by product line, supplier price lists and sometimes payroll totals. We treat all of this as confidential business information whether or not it contains personal data. It is kept in a client folder that only the advisers working on that engagement can open.
Your figures are never used to build sector averages or benchmarks for other clients, and they are not uploaded to outside analytics or AI services. Where a ledger contains the names of individual customers or employees, we ask you to code or remove them before sending if that is practical. If it is not, we work with the file as supplied and keep those names out of our notes and out of the written note we deliver.
6. How long we keep things
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted twelve months after our last exchange. Working files from a completed review are kept for three years, because a later quarterly session is usually compared against the original per-line margin table. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner; in that case we keep only the invoices that Japanese tax law requires us to retain for seven years.
7. Who else may see your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. The only outside parties that may handle it are our email and file-storage providers, our tax accountant for invoices, and a public authority where the law obliges us to disclose it. If you bring a colleague to a price position discussion, their name appears in the session record only because you invited them.
8. Requests under the APPI
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information you may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the personal information we hold about you.
