1. Service usage

• Acceptable use: This website may be used to learn about our advisory services and to submit enquiries through the contact form.
• Prohibited uses: Attempting to disrupt site functionality, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes is not permitted.
• Access requirements: No account or registration is required to browse the site or submit an enquiry.

2. Accounts

This website does not currently offer user accounts. Should account functionality be introduced in future, these terms will be updated accordingly, and users will remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to them.

3. Service availability

• This website is provided on an as-available basis; occasional maintenance or technical issues may affect availability.
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features of this website at our discretion.
• Advisory services described on this site are offered to companies operating within Japan unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual property

• All content on this website, including text, design, and structure, is owned by Green Azalea Kabushiki Kaisha unless otherwise noted.
• Reports and working models produced as part of an engagement are licensed for the client's internal use.
• No content from this site may be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Using the contact form

The contact form is there for companies considering one of our three services. A useful first message says roughly what you sell, how many product or service lines you have, and whether your concern is margin, price or keeping track of figures over time. Please do not send ledgers or statements through the form; if an engagement follows, we arrange a secure way to receive them.

Messages that advertise other services, test the form automatically or contain abusive content may be deleted without reply.

6. Information published on this site

Fees and scopes shown on the service pages are the ones we currently offer. We review them at least once a year. The fee confirmed in your engagement letter is the one that applies to your engagement, even if the website changes afterwards.

Examples and explanations on this site describe typical situations. They are written to help you decide whether a review is worth doing, not as advice about your particular business.

7. Where we work

We are based in Sendai and work with companies across Japan, meeting in person where travel is practical and online otherwise. If colleagues joining a price position discussion would prefer the written record in a particular form — a summary for a board meeting, for instance — tell us beforehand and we will prepare it that way.

8. Links and third-party services

This site does not embed external videos, maps or social media widgets. If we link to a public source — for example a government statistics page — we are not responsible for its content or availability.

9. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms when the site or our services change; the version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Sendai District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion.

10. Accessibility of this site

We have tried to make these pages readable on phones and with screen readers: headings follow a logical order, images carry descriptions and the colours meet common contrast guidelines. If any page is hard to use with the tools you rely on, tell us at info@green-azalea.com and we will send the same information in another form.

If a question concerns an engagement that is already under way, the engagement letter takes precedence over anything written on this page, and we will point you to the relevant part of it.

12. Enquiries we may decline

We may decline an enquiry where the work requested is outside margin, pricing and figures review — for example bookkeeping, tax filing or fundraising — or where we could not give the time the engagement needs. When that happens we say so promptly, and where we know of a more suitable kind of adviser we mention it, without passing on your details.

13. Reading these terms alongside our other policies

These terms cover use of the website. How we handle the information you send is described in the Privacy Policy, what the site stores in your browser is set out in the Cookie Policy, and the conditions for a paid engagement are in the Terms and Conditions. Where they overlap, the more specific document applies.
