Services
Three ways to look more closely at margin and price.
Each service addresses a different stage of the work — from a one-time structural review to a recurring quarterly check. Below is a short introduction to each; the full detail lives on its own page.
Back to homeChoosing among them
These services can be taken individually or in sequence. A company that has never examined its margins closely often starts with the structure review; a company confident in its costs but unsure about pricing itself may go straight to the price position discussion. There is no fixed order, and guidance on which fits your situation is available on request.

Quarterly Figures Review detailsHow to choose
If you've never had a per-line view of your margins, the Margin Structure Review usually comes first — it gives every later conversation something concrete to work from. If your costs are well understood but your pricing hasn't been re-examined in some time, the Price Position Discussion may be the more direct route. If you already have a sense of your numbers but no one asking questions of them regularly, the Quarterly Figures Review fills that gap.
If none of this is clear from the outside, a short conversation before committing to any service is entirely reasonable.

What every service includes
Regardless of which service you choose, the underlying commitment is the same: work grounded in your own records where possible, a written account of the reasoning behind any figure shown, and the final decision left entirely with you.
On investment
Prices above reflect the scope described for each service. There is no subscription requirement — the Quarterly Figures Review is arranged one quarter at a time, and stopping between quarters carries no penalty.
A few questions before deciding
Do I need clean bookkeeping before starting? +
Reasonably organized records are enough. Gaps are often clarified as part of the review itself rather than a precondition for it.
Can I start with just one quarterly session? +
Yes. The Quarterly Figures Review can be booked a single quarter at a time.
Who typically attends the Price Position Discussion? +
Up to four participants — commonly an owner or director alongside whoever holds pricing or sales responsibility.
Is there help available in choosing between services? +
A short conversation beforehand is entirely reasonable and carries no cost or obligation.
Ready to look more closely at your own figures?
A short message is enough to begin, with no commitment attached to sending it.
